11. Gluing mechanism: The mechanism is composed of glue wheel, stainless steel mesh wheel, and transfer rubber wheel. The mechanism is driven by a servo motor with an RV reduction mechanism. The mechanism will automatically run during the shutdown process to ensure that the glue inside will not dry or become sticky. The thickness of glue coating and tension can be controlled. Different materials have different weights and tensions, which can be adjusted on the touch screen.

12. Deviation correction: This mechanism controls the deviation correction position of the raw material, which can be adjusted manually and automatically. This mechanism can control the fixed position of gluing and slitting to ensure that the position will not deviate too much and will be automatically corrected.

13. Raw material roll: The position of the raw material is fixed by the expansion shaft. The inner diameter of the paper core is 75 and the outer diameter is 90. The magnetic powder brake is used to control the tension control of the raw material unwinding.

14. Oven mechanism: This mechanism controls the product to enter the drying after the glue is applied to ensure that the glue is dry when slitting.

15. Traction slitting mechanism: This mechanism controls the material from the oven to be pulled to the mechanism for stripping. The slitting width is adjustable. The equipment is equipped with 11 slitting knives and 11 bottom knives. The blades are made of high-speed steel.

16. Temperature control area: There are 4 temperature control meters in this area to control the temperature inside the oven.

17. Rewinding mechanism: The mechanism uses a servo motor to control the rewinding, thereby ensuring the tension and tightness of the rewinding, and rewinding through the control of the air expansion shaft, thereby ensuring the tightness and neatness of each roll.

18. The equipment uses the brand electrical Siemens control system and the servo motor to control the operating power, so as to achieve better operating effect and stability.

19. The rewinding is divided into upper and lower simultaneous rewinding, and can also be selectively controlled to close and open separately.

20. Bucket: A 304 stainless steel 200KG bucket with a stirring function is used, and a food-grade pneumatic pump is used to control the glue liquid.
